We are starting with Northside because our team and our attendees LOVED this restaurant last year. It is located between the lobby and casino and has a selection of fresh salads, paninis, sweet and savory Danishes, and other house-made pastries, plus freshly-made gelato and gelato sandwiches. The PERQ provides an acclaimed LA-based specialty roaster’s gourmet coffee and tea. The Sahara Las Vegas has a great selection of dining options, so we thought we would break them down for you so you can be prepared to find whatever you need when you arrive. One of the biggest challenges when staying at a new hotel, and heading to a conference early each morning, is finding the right place to eat for breakfast and dinner (and in Vegas, late-night/early-morning food).
